Cancelation Policy

When you book we require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking.  We require the balance 14 days prior to your departure.

If Cascade Charters cancel a trip due to weather etc we will rebook alternative dates that suit both parties.  If suitable dates can’t be agreed a full refund of your deposit will be given.

If you cancel a trip within 90 days of the departure date your deposit is non-refundable.  If more than 90 days’ notice from your departure date is given, your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $200/day.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to enquiries@cascadecharters.co.nz – subject ‘Cancellation & departure date’.
